What is a good customer service resume title?

Wes and I were sitting in the office with a couple of the mid level employees when we realized that we needed to find some person with a good customer service resume. We have close to fifty people in the company now, around a quarter of them do not get dirt in their fingernails I suppose you could say. I am on both sides of it though, in fact I would rather be out in the shop than stuck behind my desk if I had my own way. At any rate we realized that we have a lot of people fielding calls from consumers now, meaning people who are not our normal clients. The products we build were originally intended to be a b2b type thing and the people who used them did not need any one to tell them how to fix things or what to do if the widget slipped out of place. Now we have acquired a reputation among higher level consumers and hobbyists. Basically it seems to have worked like this.
